Michel Amous

Michel Amous is the current Managing Director of EMEA at InterSystems. Prior to this, they were Head of Sales for the Middle East region at Cerner Corporation from January 2008 to March 2011. There, they were responsible for driving strategy and growth throughout the Middle East, leading a team of sales professionals to digitize regional healthcare organizations. Michel also developed business plans and implemented process change and improvements.

Before Cerner Corporation, Michel Amous worked at Novartis from March 2004 to July 2008, where they were promoted from medical representative to Sales Force Effectiveness Manager for the Middle East. In this role, they oversaw sales success throughout the Middle East and analyzed patient and prescriber behaviors to drive awareness and adoption in key markets. Michel also trained sales reps to succeed in high-value regions, from ME to Africa.

Michel Amous has earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor in science from American University of Beirut.

Their manager is Phillip T. Ragon, CEO, Founder, and Owner. They work with John Paladino - Vice President, Client Services, Don Woodlock - VP, Healthcare, and Luciano Brustia - Managing Director, APAC.
