RB Omo has extensive experience in customer support and programming, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at InterSystems since February 1995. Prior to this role, RB Omo worked as the Manager of Enterprise System Support at InterSystems and held the position of Programmer/Analyst at Harvard Community Health Plan from 1993 to 1995.
