Prior experience includes programming positions at ACT Financial Systems and Misys Asset Management Systems in the UK, where Vaverka focused on developing investment banking applications. Vaverka began a career in programming at IPB a.s., contributing to similar applications from July 1992 to September 1996. Vaverka holds a Master's degree (Ing.) in Civil Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague, completed between 1984 and 1991.
