Carol Marinello

Carol Marinello is a dynamic senior executive and CEO of the Vera Group, specializing in mergers and acquisition sourcing, diligence, integration, and optimization. With extensive experience in general management, they have successfully led organizations through significant growth, turnarounds, and cultural transformations across the aerospace and defense sectors. Prior to founding Vera Group, Carol held leadership positions at Moog Inc., BAE Systems, and Northrop Grumman, among others, demonstrating a proven track record in strategic planning, operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams. In addition to their corporate roles, Carol served as Chairman of the Board for the Bob Hope USO from 2014 to 2017. They currently provide strategic advisory services aimed at enhancing growth initiatives in the aerospace and defense industry.
