For nearly 30 years, InterTech has helped hundreds of clients improve their manufacturing lines and processes. From the moment your raw materials enter your facility until your finished product is ready to ship out the door.

InterTech’s engineers can design and install a single line, a new facility, refurbish an existing plant, or help you develop a multi-site approach. Our broad experience can help inform your decisions and avoid costly changes.

Bring us in as you begin to consider your options. It’s the best time for us to impact and reduce your risk throughout the project. We’re able to model your operations to show the feasibility of projects. For multi-plant clients, we have helped them develop long-term plans to capitalize on the savings of initial projects in order to support future projects whose returns are lower.

We also develop Requests for Proposals for major equipment so that our clients can be assured they are getting the correct equipment at the best value. By assembling all of the information we receive into a Total Cost of Ownership we can forecast operational cost for the long-term and establish budgets for plants that have not previously been self-manufacturing bottles.

True savings happens when 25-50 integrated components work together in a well-designed system. We understand machine strengths, weaknesses and compatibility, across all brands.

Our analysis includes insuring properly sized utility and support equipment, electrical cost, water consumption, high pressure air, training, maintenance cost and changeover time. Additionally, we offer assistance with resin systems, injection molding, blow molding, empty and full bottle conveying, product process systems and downstream packaging. We accurately determine areas of concern, an actionable plan to remedy, calculate the cost savings, and provide our clients clear expectations.
