Oğuz Kılıç is currently the EVP and Group Head of Demand & Value Management at the CEO Office of Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc., a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Oğuz served as the Project Management Office Group Head and Senior Vice President at DenizBank from 2021 to 2025, and held multiple roles in project management and process improvement there from 2008 to 2017. Oğuz earned a degree in Business Administration from Gazi Üniversitesi between 2002 and 2006, and completed secondary education at Ankara Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi, graduating in 2002.
