Semih BİRİNCİOĞLU has a diverse work experience in the fields of factoring, business analysis, and software engineering. Starting their career in 2009 as an IT Trainee at Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc., they gained valuable experience in data warehousing. In 2011, Semih joined DenizBank as an HR specialist, focusing on knowledge management and planning. In 2013, they transitioned to INTERTECH, where they held multiple roles, including Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Factoring Business Analyst Team Leader, and currently as the Head of Factoring Department- Product Owner. Their expertise and leadership have contributed to the growth and success of the departments they have worked in.

Semih BİRİNCİOĞLU, MBA pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bahcesehir University during the period of 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, they attended Halic Universitesi and obtained their bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
