Heather Held

Heather Held, PhD, PMP, serves as PMO Manager at Intertek Alchemy, where responsibilities include leading project management initiatives, supporting high-risk projects, and enhancing project efficiency through best practices. Previously, Heather functioned as Senior Project Manager at The University of Texas at Austin, overseeing multiple projects using PMO methodologies. Experience at Macmillan Learning involved managing multimedia vendors and content development for online anatomy and physiology products, while earlier roles included postdoctoral research at the University of South Florida and teaching appointments at various institutions. Heather holds a PhD in Physiology from the University at Buffalo and multiple degrees in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University.
