Alex Ussery

Alex Ussery has extensive experience in the HVAC and plumbing industries, serving as the Engineering Team Lead at Intertek since July 2017, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on energy efficiency and overseeing HVAC system testing against standards. Prior to this role, Alex held various engineering and technical positions at Intertek to enhance facility throughput and revenue. As the owner of DOOT HVAC from July 2016 to July 2019, Alex specialized in residential HVAC services. Alex also served as VP Sales at Hull Heating and Plumbing from September 2006 to July 2017, managing all installation aspects and holding multiple certifications in plumbing and HVAC. Alex's career began with ownership of Ussery Heating and Plumbing from May 2003 to September 2006. Alex graduated from Groton Central School with an Honors/Regents diploma in 1999.
