Darrin Harkness

Darrin Harkness, CHRL, CCP, has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles, currently serving as President of Assuris and President of People Assurance at Intertek, overseeing global operations and SaaS-based service offerings. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Darrin has held key positions such as SVP of Human Resources, developing comprehensive HR strategies across diverse industries, and VP roles focusing on health, safety, and sustainability in North and South America. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and HR Manager at OSRAM SYLVANIA LTD., where Darrin enhanced HR infrastructure and introduced industry best practices. Darrin holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto Mississauga and a Human Resources Management Certificate with Honours from Humber College.
