Gerrie de Lange

Gerrie De Lange serves as the Global Head of Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance at Intertek since May 2016, where responsibilities include leading the development and execution of global information security strategies and IT risk management across various business lines worldwide. Prior to this role, Gerrie worked as the Business Information Security Officer at Zurich Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd, overseeing security governance across multiple regions. Gerrie's extensive background at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. involved various roles in information security consulting and risk analysis, demonstrating strong capabilities in strategic planning and technology implementation. Earlier experiences include a senior project consultancy at Hitachi Europe and an external audit clerk position at KPMG. Gerrie holds a BA (Honours) in Business Studies with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management from The Open University, completed between 2009 and 2012.
