Haiwen Liu

Haiwen (Howard) Liu has over two decades of experience in the engineering field, emphasizing power generation and conversion. They have held significant roles, including Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer at Intertek, and currently serve as Director of Engineering for Global Energy at Intertek since 2025. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, they have also contributed to the industry through roles at TÜV Rheinland North America, EPRI, Samsung Electronics, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Liu is dedicated to building trust through superior engineering and safety while aligning business strategies with technical accuracy.
