Hany Emam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food safety and quality management, currently serving as a Senior Lead Auditor and Trainer at Intertek in KSA since February 2021. Previously, Hany held the position of Cluster Quality Control Manager for Jeddah and Madinah Hilton Hotels, overseeing HACCP and ISO management systems from February 2015 to February 2021. Hany's expertise also includes roles at Bureau Veritas as an auditor for various standards including FSMS and HACCP, and food safety inspections with the Ministry of Tourism in Egypt. Additional experience includes positions with Compass Group and Aldyaa for Dairy Production, along with a background in quality control with the Egyptian Armed Forces. Hany's educational qualifications include a postgraduate diploma in Microbiology from Cairo University and a bachelor's degree in Food Science from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo.
