Ian Woolley

Ian Woolley serves as the Transfer Pricing Lead at Intertek since April 2020, overseeing transfer pricing issues for over 600 companies in more than 100 countries. Responsibilities include producing global transfer pricing documentation and compliance. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Transfer Pricing Senior Manager at PwC from March 2014 to March 2020, where expertise was applied across various industries in managing complex projects related to transfer pricing. A brief secondment as Senior Manager Transfer Pricing occurred at British American Tobacco in mid-2019. Additionally, from February 2002 to February 2014, Ian was an Inspector of Taxes and Transfer Pricing Specialist at HM Revenue & Customs, leading tax audits for multinational enterprises. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
