Julia Kalcheva

Julia Kalcheva (Vlaseva) has extensive experience in legal compliance and human resources, currently serving as the Legal Compliance and HR Manager at Intertek since August 2009. Responsibilities include the development of contracts, internal documentation, compliance audits, and training on legal matters. Julia manages employment processes and breach investigations in collaboration with global teams, while also promoting and enforcing group policies. Previous roles include Legal Counsel at Intertek, where responsibilities encompassed contract preparation, negotiation, litigation, and compliance with local legislation. Additionally, Julia served as a Legal Expert for an EU Project at the University of Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship, and worked as a Technical Assistant/Office Manager at Moody International Ltd. Julia holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of National and World Economy and a certification in Legal English from the British Council.
