Paul David Cardona

Paul David Cardona is a seasoned Marine and Yacht Surveyor and Consultant with over 26 years of experience in the shipping, oil and gas, and yachting sectors. They commenced their career as an Engine Room Cadet and have held numerous significant positions, including Government Surveyor of Ships with Transport Malta and Country Manager with Moody International. Currently serving as the Director of MICS Ltd, they specialize in various surveys and auditing processes, including ISM, ISPS, and MLC 2006 audits. Cardona holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malta and a diploma in Practical Yacht and Small Craft Surveying from the International Boatbuilding Training College.
