Phillip Daniels

Phillip Daniels is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly within the construction and engineering industries. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Intertek since April 2022, Phillip oversees legal matters in the assurance, testing, inspection, and certification (ATIC) sectors. Prior roles include Attorney at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, Senior Corporate Counsel and Vice President at Intertek – PSI, and private practice as an Attorney at Law. Phillip’s career began with judicial and law clerk positions, including a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable James Marner. Phillip holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Arizona, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History.
