Richard Jacobson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the advanced vehicle testing sector. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Intertek since October 2013, Richard oversees the planning and execution of significant projects, including a $26 million Advanced Vehicle Testing and Evaluation initiative for the Department of Energy, as well as the development of proposals for funding considerations by the US National Laboratories. Prior to this role, Richard was an Engineering Manager for Advanced Vehicle Systems at ECOtality from 2011 to 2013, where responsibilities included coordinating support resources and evaluating engineering proposals. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management - Engineering from Arizona State University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
