Showkat Hussain

Showkat Hussain is the Manager of Audit Services at Intertek, where they have developed and managed the third-party certification business in Ontario for over 35 years. They have hired and trained over 50 auditors, conducting more than 1,500 third-party audits across various industries, including food safety and medical devices. Previously, Showkat held roles such as Director of Quality and Director of Research at Reichhold Chemicals, and Manager of Quality and Product Development at Borden Canada. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from York University and diplomas in Coatings Technology, Quality Assurance, and Microbiology.
