Smriti Chand

Smriti Chand is a dedicated Human Resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Intertek. Previously, they held the role of Regional Human Resources Director for South Asia at Intertek and were the Deputy General Manager & HR Lead at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, where they focused on talent management and leadership development. Smriti's early career included HR positions at SABIC, ICICI Bank, and Taj Hotels, where they contributed to various HR functions including talent acquisition and performance management. They obtained a Master's in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and completed their ICSE studies at Cambrian Hall.
