Stephen Robarts, CA(SA), is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and transaction services. Currently serving as Corporate Development Manager at Intertek since January 2024, Stephen has previously held roles in mergers and acquisitions at Benchmark Capital and various positions at KPMG, including Associate Director and Manager in Transaction Services. The career began at Grant Thornton South Africa as a Senior Accountant, followed by a similar role at Deloitte Cayman Islands. Stephen holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Rhodes University and completed secondary education at Michaelhouse.
