Surabhi Singhal

Surabhi Singhal currently serves as General Manager - HR for Softlines and Hardlines in India and Mauritius, and as Country HR Head for Sri Lanka at Intertek since February 2024. Previously, Surabhi held the position of DGM HR at Intertek India from April 2022 to March 2024 and worked at Boston Scientific from July 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included business strategy execution and employee engagement initiatives. Other notable experience includes HR roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, focusing on HR operations and processes in various territories. Surabhi began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at IBM and Tech Mahindra before transitioning to human resources. Educational qualifications include a Future CHRO program from the Indian School of Business and an MBA in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
