Yvonne Lenighan is the Associate Director of the European Office of the Assuris Food and Nutrition Group at Intertek, where they lead efforts in the authorization of novel foods and provide consulting on EU and UK food regulations. Previously, Yvonne served as an Associate Specialist in Nutrition at Nestlé and completed a PhD at University College Dublin, focusing on the dietary impacts of grass-fed beef and processed red meat. They also gained valuable research experience during a professional stint at the University of Sheffield and taught English in Thailand. Yvonne recently earned their Chartered Manager qualification from the Chartered Management Institute.
