EVP, Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at Intertrust

Jeff McDow is Intertrust’s Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. He is responsible for overseeing all legal functions at Intertrust.

Before he was named Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, Jeff was Intertrust’s Chief Patent Counsel and was responsible for leading Intertrust’s IP department. Before joining Intertrust in 1999, Jeff worked at a law firm in Silicon Valley.

Jeff earned a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science. in Electrical Engineering from Walla Walla College.
