Kristin Clark

Kristin Clark is Intertrust’s vice president of security operations where she is responsible for trust management and operations.

Kristin co-founded Seacert Corporation within Intertrust, and has twenty years of experience building and managing cryptographic operations, PKI (public key infrastructure) implementations and partner support. She has worked closely with multi-company/multi-country engineering teams to transform technical specifications into operational processes. Seacert has provided billions of credentials to a worldwide customer base of the largest consumer electronic companies.

Before joining Intertrust, Kristin worked at Hewlett Packard in e-Business, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and Finance, managing organizations, implementing multi-division systems and improving cross-organizational processes.

Kristin holds a BS degree in International Economics from Georgetown University.
