Susanna C. began their career as a Software QA Engineer at ValiCert Inc in 2000 before moving on to ESP Inc as a Customer Support and QA Specialist in 2001. Susanna then transitioned to Siemens PLM Software in 2002, where they served as a QA Manager for Broadband Software until 2007. Subsequently, they worked at Granicus, Inc. as a Software QA Engineer from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they held a role at Quantitative Medical Systems, Inc. as a Software QA Engineer until 2011, when they became the Lead Software QA Engineer at Intertrust Technologies Corporation.
