Intertwine Bio is a hands-on venture partner that co-ideates and co-builds tech companies from the ground up. We embed early with founders, innovators, translational researchers, and scientific teams to lead intellectual property (IP) strategy, navigate regulatory pathways, secure targeted non-dilutive and venture funding, and bring translational technologies to market. Our model is built around execution, applying rigorous opportunity assessments, customer discovery, real-world evidence, and market landscape analysis at every stage of company formation. We do this quickly, cutting through the unnecessary, avoiding known blockers, and focusing on the critical steps to make your venture successful.

We specialize in the strategic development of fundable, founder-controlled tech ventures, particularly in regenerative medicine, gene therapy, oncology, rare diseases, and other high-impact areas of unmet need. Our approach prioritizes decision clarity, minimizes opportunity cost, and aligns each milestone with both technical progress and commercial viability.

Through flexible, tiered engagements under our TWINE model, we support researchers, creators, and institutions from early ideation and proof of concept through preclinical advancement and commercialization. We don’t just advise, we build beside you. Whether the goal is to launch a new company, complete preclinical milestones, or attract institutional funding, Intertwine Bio provides the structure, strategy, and momentum to turn tech and scientific breakthroughs into high-impact ventures.
