Interval 360 is the future of talent optimization. Founded by executive assessment and coaching veterans Jeff Jones and Matt Bedwell, we’re on a mission to make enterprise‑wide 360° assessments affordable, scalable and genuinely useful. We know firsthand how organizations struggle with 360° assessment tools that are inconsistent, burdensome and unactionable. Interval 360 changes that.

Our next‑generation talent intelligence platform uses conversational AI to gather feedback quickly and respectfully. It then turns that data into digestible, actionable reports using proprietary AI and talent metrics, so executives, managers and HR leaders can make smarter talent decisions and support better leadership development

With Interval 360 you get clear visibility into your leadership pipeline, smarter decisions about who’s ready for what role, and stronger leaders who grow through regular, repeatable feedback.
