Interval was established to help cities plan, build, and implement through our core services of writing and updating comprehensive plans, developing zoning and regulatory codes, and improving development processes from permitting through inspection.

Our work turns policy into practice: aligning codes with plan goals, removing barriers to housing production, and building process improvements that cities can put to work immediately. The result is measurable progress, clearer plans, stronger codes, and faster, more predictable development processes.
