Raphael Baro

Raphael Baro, CPA, is the Senior Vice President of Tax at ILG, Inc., with over 20 years of experience in corporate tax and public accounting. They currently oversee global taxes and tax compliance processes for ILG, managing a department of over 15 professionals while advising executive leadership on tax strategies and compliance. Previously, Raphael held positions at Deloitte, Arthur Andersen, and worked as a staff accountant at Jorge L. Reyes, CPA. They earned a Master's degree in Accounting from Florida International University and are actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution.
