Luigi Mossolin

Luigi Mossolin is a CX Coordinator with a strong background in innovation, user experience, and design. Over the past five years, they worked at Mutant, where they closely monitored and analyzed the performance of company-developed BOTs, leading studies to identify errors and areas for improvement. As a Junior Customer Experience Monitor, Luigi developed high-level designs and enhanced communication with clients and internal teams. Currently, at Intervalor, they continue to focus on customer experience and continuous improvement, collecting and analyzing data to optimize client journeys. Luigi holds a Bachelor's degree in Game and Interactive Media Design from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
