Chandler McCosh started working in 2017 as a Peer Leader at Lee University. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Tech Crew member and later as a Teaching Assistant at the university. In 2019, Chandler also held the role of Ministry Resident at New Denver Church. They then worked as a Barista and Social Media Manager at Riize Coffee from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Chandler became a Freelance Graphic Designer, assisting small businesses and nonprofits with branding and design until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Chandler worked as a Marketing Specialist at CBMC USA, focusing on graphic design, social media, and digital marketing. Currently, they are employed as a Graphic Designer at InterVarsity Press, where they design book covers, digital and print promotional materials, and general collateral for the company's academic and spiritual formation lines.
Chandler McCosh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Lee University, which they attended from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they pursued further coursework at Denver Seminary. Additionally, Chandler McCosh earned several certifications, including "Leading with Stories," "Advanced Branding," "Branding Foundations," "Marketing Foundations," "Stories Every Leader Should Tell," and "Fundamentals 2.0 Certification" from institutions such as LinkedIn and ClickDimensions between January and May 2021.
