Helen Lee has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and roles. Helen started their career in 1993 at Christianity Today International, where they served as an Assistant Editor, Editorial Resident, and Editorial Assistant until 1996. In 2001, they became the Publisher of Re:generation Quarterly, a Christian magazine focused on young-adult leaders. In 2002, they co-founded the Best Christian Workplaces Institute and worked as the Co-Founder/Project Director until 2004. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the Co-Founder of the Redbud Writers Guild. In 2014, they joined InterVarsity Press, where they held various positions, including Associate Editor, Director of Marketing, and Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives. Currently, they are the Director of Product Innovation at InterVarsity Press, a role they assumed in October 2021. Helen Lee is also an accomplished author, editor, and speaker, having written books and articles on topics such as missional living, racial reconciliation, and Christian parenting.

Helen Lee has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Bioethics from Williams College. Helen also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
