Anna Lee-Winans is currently the National Director of International Student Ministry at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the National Director of Discipleship and Growth for the same organization, where they innovated strategies to support students and faculty in their faith journeys. Anna's earlier experience includes roles as a Campus Minister for various InterVarsity chapters and as an Associate Director at New York Faith & Justice. They began their career as a Case Worker at Jacobi Medical Center's Pediatric HIV/AIDS Clinic, where they provided critical support and advocacy for affected families. Anna holds an MSW in Social Work and a BA in Journalism, both from New York University.
