Colleen Caskey is currently the Senior Trainer and Consultant at MELD, focusing on Multi-Ethnic Leadership Development since 2019. Previously, Colleen held the position of Director of Focused Ministries at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship from 2015 to 2021 and served as a Regional Coordinator and Team Leader. Colleen completed a BS in Economics from the University of Delaware in 2008 and is pursuing a degree in Christian Counseling Education at Westminster Theological Seminary. They also gained research experience as an intern at both the Opportunity Finance Network and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in 2008.
