Jeff Liou currently serves as the National Director of Theological Formation at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, drawing on over 20 years of ministry experience with college students and young adults. They are also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Fuller Theological Seminary. Previously, Jeff held various roles including Pastor of College & Young Adult Ministries at Lake Avenue Church and Interfaith Protestant Chaplain at The Claremont Colleges Services. They earned a PhD in Theology and Culture from Fuller Theological Seminary, focusing on race in theological anthropology and Christian ministry, and an M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Jeff completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Chemistry.
