Judy Johnson is a retired professional with a long-standing career in ministry, serving as the Director of Staff Assessment & Development at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship from 1976 until retirement. Known for strong people development skills, Judy facilitated training and spiritual direction, helping individuals discover their gifts and navigate their spiritual journeys. Currently, Judy continues to engage in Spiritual Direction and assessment work, focusing on helping others connect their heart, soul, mind, and strength for personal and spiritual growth. Judy holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
