Kim Porter

Kim Porter became a follower of Jesus in college through InterVarsity’s ministry. Since joining InterVarsity staff in 1991, she has sought to cultivate leadership. She served as a campus minister, developing a core of missional students, and later became InterVarsity’s Northwest Regional Director, leading a dynamic multiethnic team. She began serving in senior leadership roles in 2014, first as the Vice President of Learning and Talent then as the Vice President of Ministry Services in Finance and Administration.

Kim is married to Eric. She has a B.A. in political science from Pacific Lutheran University and an M.S. in Adult Education from Portland State University.
