Marcia Wang

Marcia Wang is a high-performing leader with over 30 years of nonprofit experience, focusing on continuous learning and process improvement in a changing global environment. They served as the Strategic Planning & Organizational Development Officer at the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students from 2012 to 2018, where they led a global initiative on assessing ministry impact and collaborated with an international team on developing training curricula. Previously, at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, Marcia was the Associate Director of Multiethnic Ministries and played a critical role in the Multiethnic Initiative, achieving significant growth in ethnic diversity. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois, a Master of Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and a Master of Divinity from Trinity International University.
