Michelle Smith is an experienced Area Ministry Director, Campus Minister, and Certified Life Coach with a robust background in nonprofit organizations, retreats, coaching, and pastoral counseling. From 2001 to 2023, Michelle served as a Campus Minister at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, where they developed and trained student leaders. In interim roles, Michelle guided the mission and strategy of college ministries in Central Texas and directed staff coaching and development in the Red River Region. They are currently pursuing a degree in Christian Studies at Regent College.
