Mike Weiss

Mike Weiss has a diverse work experience. Mike started their career as the Youth Director/Youth Pastor at Redeemer Evangelical Free Church in 2013. During their time there, they revitalized underperforming ministries, delivered compelling talks and training sessions, and provided counseling services to a wide range of individuals. In 2021, Mike joined InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA as the Communications Operations Manager. In this role, they championed and contributed to the successful execution of pivotal projects, developed impactful webinars, and coordinated event operations. Currently, Mike serves as the Director of Communications and Operations for InterVarsity's MBA Ministry, where they spearhead and manages a variety of MBA events.

Mike Weiss earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Liberal Studies/Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha in 2011. From 2014 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Theological Studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Google Project Management from Google.
