Nancy Pedulla is a seasoned leader dedicated to cultivating growth in leaders, teams, and systems within the nonprofit and faith-based sectors. They currently own Nancy Pedulla Leadership Coaching and Training LLC and serve as the Associate Director of Faculty Ministry at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. Nancy previously held the role of Director of Training and Leadership Development for Graduate and Faculty Ministries at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship from 2007 to 2011. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in International and Development Education at the University of Pittsburgh. A strong communicator and skilled organizational strategist, Nancy is committed to enhancing organizational health and employee engagement.
