Rob Dixon has extensive experience in leadership and education, having served in various roles with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship from 1996 to 2001, where they progressed from Campus Staff Member to Divisional Director, focusing on advancing the organization’s mission on college campuses. They have been an Adjunct Faculty member at Fresno Pacific University since 2019 and currently hold the position of Senior Fellow with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, where they develop students and staff across multiple regions. Additionally, Rob has served on the Board of Students International and Fresno Institute for Urban Leadership, and is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary. They earned a Doctor of Intercultural Studies and a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, as well as a BA in History from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
