Steve Baty is currently the Area Ministry Director at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, where they provide leadership development and coaching to a team of staff and students working across 27 campuses in Southern Minnesota. Previously, Steve served as a Transportation Security Officer at the Transportation Security Administration from 2005 to 2006, and held multiple roles within InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, including Associate Area Director and Campus Staff Minister. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and are pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology and Sports Studies at Baylor University.
