Tom Allen

Tom Allen is a seasoned Program Director for EveryCampus, leading a collaborative initiative involving over 100 faith-based organizations and churches to establish Christian fellowships across U.S. colleges and universities. Previously, Tom served as Regional Director for Southern California at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship from 2009 to 2018 and held various roles including Associate Regional Director and Area Director. Tom also contributed to the organization as the Director of the National Staff Conference 2020 and Executive Director of External Partnerships. Tom's academic background includes a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, complemented by a Certificate in Integrated Mission Leadership from the Oxford Centre for Mission Studies.
