Carl Hall

Carl Hall currently serves as the Director of Community Development at Interventions Alliance since March 2025, following an extensive career in therapeutic and rehabilitation roles. From October 2007 to March 2025, Carl worked as a Psychotherapist at Counselling for Surrey and held various leadership positions at KSSCRC, including Assistant Chief Officer - Interventions and Manager of Accredited Programmes Team & Substance Misuse Team. Responsibilities included staff management, business development, and strategic management of interventions across the KSSCRC region. Carl holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Essex (2022-2024) and a BSc (Hons) in Sociology from Kingston University (1994-1997), alongside an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling from Guildford College (2004-2007).
