Tom Devolder

Tom Devolder is currently an Investment Director at Intervest, where they co-lead the investment team and oversee the expansion of the logistics real estate portfolio across Europe. Previously, they served as an Investment Manager at ION, contributing to the founding of the ION Residential Platform and closing transactions worth approximately €170 million in the Belgian residential market. Prior to that, Tom worked as a Transaction Analyst at Redevco, where they facilitated significant divestments totaling around €500 million. Tom holds a master’s degree in Business Engineering specialized in Finance and Accounting from the University of Antwerp, a postgraduate in Real Estate from KU Leuven, and completed the Real Estate Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
