Malith Fernando

Malith Fernando is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in Information Security management. They currently serve as the Head of Information Security at Intervest Software Technologies and as a Visiting Lecturer in Cyber Security at KIU Sri Lanka. Malith has previously held roles at Nations Trust Bank PLC and Fortude, where they focused on security strategy, risk management, and compliance. They hold an MSc in Cyber Security and Forensics from the University of Westminster and have contributed to the field as a Certified CompTIA Trainer and Co-Founder of Cybersec Edge. Malith's commitment to education and community involvement reflects their status as a lifelong learner and contributor to the cybersecurity industry.
