Julie Kim

Julie Kim is an experienced product manager with a robust background in AI product development and customer feedback solutions. Currently, at HubSpot since November 2023, Julie leads initiatives involving data enrichment through the Clearbit acquisition and the development of an AI-powered Customer Feedback Tool. Prior to this, Julie served as the Head of Product for Ecosystem at Typeform, where significant strategic shifts and monetization efforts were implemented. Julie also held a Senior Product Manager position at RingCentral, focusing on CRM and webinar integrations, and was instrumental in redesigning applications to improve user retention. Julie's career began at Anheuser-Busch InBev as the first product manager for their global B2B eCommerce app, which significantly impacted revenue. Julie holds a BS in Business from Cornell University.
