IMS is a global investigations consulting & technology services company committed to robust investigation services and to helping clients to develop their investigative interviewing, both in terms of training and operational practice.

IMS works to influence investigative interviewing performance at an organisational level. We have recently been trusted to deliver our technologically advanced online and face-to-face investigative interviewing training to a growing list of global clients, including the World Bank (Washington D.C.), the Indian Police Service (Hyderabad), the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, the European Investment Bank (Luxembourg) and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (Ukraine).

We also specialise in providing investigation consultancy services for NSW government agencies. We specialise in investigating matters of fraud, corruption and/or serious workplace misconduct and are experienced in investigating complex and highly sensitive matters that may be reported internally or through referral from suppliers or external bodies such as the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).

Using our proprietary TILES System® interview management software, IMS is devoted to working with law enforcement and government agencies to digitally transform their investigative interviewing workflows, enabling secure and scalable digital forensic interviewing capabilities at an organisational level.

Investigative Interviewing 3.0 is now.
